Position: Oracle Developer with ETL expertise

Clearance: Top secret Security

Position Type: Contract

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Start Date: Mid-end January, 2011 (approx. 9 mos. with likely extension)

Migration of an app and db running on Oracle 9i, to a completely different app and db structure on Oracle 11g. The data from the 9i system will be extracted, transformed and then loaded into the 11g system. The new app functionality will be coded from scratch to access that data.

Resource will need to advise, plan and implement ETL solution and write PL/SQL code as needed to manipulate data and add application functionality for the target application.

Skills and Experience Required:

Skills

• Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g – working knowledge

• Oracle ETL tool experience – Client is utilizing Twister, but experience with other ETL tools will be okay (ex. Informatica, Datastage, Ab Initio)

• PL/SQL Coding – Developer Skills

Required Clearance:

• Secret Clearance required if applicant has C# .NET experience in order to talk with application developers

• Top Secret Clearance required if applicant has no C# .NET experience
